Here you will find everything you need to outfit your mule with style. We offer high quality reins and britchins.

Our britchins are made with premium harness leather. Britchins act much like a breast collar and help your saddle to stay in place and not slip forward around the mule's neck and head. We highly recommend using britchins for riding thru mountainous regions or hilly terrain.

Our Reins are made of high quality leather and come in latigo, saddle tan or brown beta. Betathane(Beta for short) is a synthetic leather designed for use in horse tack. Betathane comes in several grades - all of which are a fine webbing impregnated with a synthetic material which makes them look very much like leather. Beta does not stretch, shrink, absorb water nor change texture in fluctuating temperatures. It is several times stronger than leather. Beta also feels very soft and supple in your hand. The material ensures a long life of the rein and is virtually maintenance free. We carry split reins, roping reins, and deluxe packer reins.

Split reins are popular if you plan to dismount frequently. They are typically 6'-8' in length. Our Roping rein is a continuous 6'-8' rein. Roping/Closed reins help prevent the rider from dropping the reins. Of course when choosing split reins or roping/closed reins it is a personal preference when it comes to feeling comfortable with the tack you ride with.
